PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Alternatively employ CPM to project manage your build, we provide a service in which, we check the credibility of your builders quotation, take a overview of the quotation and advise, sit in on meetings, in which we discuss the programme, payment schedule, and provide minutes for all parties, to protect you the client, we take every measure to avoid disappointment, which should give a pleasurable building experience. All for a fixed percentage cost of 10% of the total project cost.
For projects over £50,000 a supplement of 4% will be applied. All CPM contracts are insurance backed, certificates of cover will be provided once appointed and contracts signed. Contracts include, six site visits. • Commencement • DPC level • First floor • Wall plate • Roof structure • Completion Should additional visits be required a charge of £250 will be incurred per visit. In the event anyone of the six scheduled visits are overlapped and covered due to building progress, or cancellation of scheduled meetings by others, no deduction in the contract price will be considered. All the above will be subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.
