To initiate this exclusive service, we require a build project deposit of £2,750 plus VAT. This upfront investment covers the costs associated with providing you, the client, with a start date and a detailed, fixed quotation for your project. It's important to note that this deposit is non-refundable if a quotation is provided and subsequently, there is no instruction to proceed or the project is not implemented.

However, we value your commitment and trust in our services. As such, should you decide to proceed with us, the initial deposit will be fully deducted from the total cost of your project upon its completion.
